Allied Work Force provides in-house Site Safe Training to all crew and has five Site Safe trainers who travel throughout our national branch network providing training as required.
Specialised training such as Traffic Control and First Aid are also held on a regular basis.
Every new crew member is taken through a comprehensive signed-off induction package.

All H&S representatives attend formal H&S training.
Operations staff are required to attend a two day ACC/CTU H&S Representative training course.
Allied Work Force continues to explore innovative ways to improve its delivery and service through upskilling of crew.
Allied Work Force has a zero tolerance policy to Drugs and Alcohol in the work place. All operational staff attend formal training programmes and the company works closely with Drug Education Agencies to assist crew who may have drug or alcohol related problems.

ALLIED TECHNICAL TRAINING (ATT)
Allied Work Force is committed to upskilling and industry training through its training arm - Allied Technical Training. ATT is a registered company with training facilities located in South Auckland.
ATT is NZQA accredited and provides training in the construction and carpentry industries.
ATT is also a Modern Apprenticeship Coordinator with the Tertiary Education Commission and facilitates Ministry of Social Development "Straight to Work" courses. ATT is proud of its success with placement of trainees, both in employment and apprenticeships within the construction industry.
